Will the farmers be satisfied with Trump's vague promise? Or will they notice that for all his talk, Trump isn't delivering for them like he said he would? Will either Trump or the farmers even remember come Labor Day that Trump made his promise? Certainly Fox will be working overtime to persuade farmers that any misfortune they experience will be because of Obamacare or Hillary's e-mails or some other right wing boogums.

watching their crops burn in fires or in doubt devastated fields, when they lose their homes to foreclosure and all their equipment hauled/sold off they might come 'round to seeing it. Some never will because they really are too stupid.

He can’t just reach into the treasury and appropriate the money if it’s not in the budget.

in the billions with which to spend on projects w/o Congressional approval, it's what Obama had to rely on for most of his projects since Congress would allow him absolutely nothing. This will be where that $$ will likely come from.

always glad to take the cash, but when it comes to following the rules, well that's a different story... then is when the government should not exist. It's only when they get some other citizens' money that they love the government... welfare ranching, there a reason for that name.

Since they are now using socialism as a bad thing and the talking point of Venezuela as a role model of failure. The right wingers heads would explode that their cult boss is a socialist.
