We're living a constitutional crisis

Here is why we are already in a constitutional crisis. It will take a November win to resolve.

I keep hearing that if Trump fires Mueller, we’ll face a “constitutional crisis.” Or if Mueller subpoenas Trump to testify and Trump defies the subpoena, it’s a “constitutional crisis”. Or if Mueller delivers substantial evidence that Trump is guilty of colluding with Russia or of obstructing justice, and the House does nothing to impeach him, we have a “constitutional crisis.”

Well, I have news for you. We’re already in a “constitutional crisis.”

You see, the Constitution is a tiny document. It requires that presidents and others in positions of power be bound by norms, unwritten rules, and long-established understandings of their constitutional responsibilities.

1. Our government is currently being run by a fucking TV channel.

And is being run by the worst people possible. The entire GOP has been compromised by Russia from top to bottom. They all need to be booted out.

2. November 2000 was the first Constitutional crisis.

That was when the Republicans on the Supreme Court arbitrarily called the election for George Bush, despite judging of elections for states being completely outside their jurisdiction. That's when they truly knew they could fuck with the Constitution with no consequences whatsoever.
