But at some point, I hope that when these "early voting" cases ever get to the SCOTUS after the early voting is "rescinded", you don't get that "States Rights" argument should the state legislatures try to weasel around their early voting laws to artificially restrict them without completely rescinding them.
I know here in PA, I wish we DID have early voting and/or absentee voting for any reason (neither of which we have) because it would make it so much easier.

You can't offer it some places and not others for no reason. Unconstitutional.
