I thought I used up all my "HUH!?!" at the meeting when a neighbor didn't vote due to her losing a ballot from 3 weeks ago and she waited until "election" night to bring this up ("voting" is obviously a big deal to me...especially in this current political environment).

She was being a ditz and had the HOA envelope, instructions, etc. but she said she never got the actual ballot and didn't say anything for three weeks. The meeting was postponed a week since not enough ballots were received and she STILL waited until the actual meeting to let anyone know. If she is this "out of it" for an HOA election I have the feeling that before the midterms may need my assistance or else she will end up mailing it in her with her phone bill envelope.
