Grammar police here. If something is planned, isn't that enough? Does pre planning make it a better plan?

That said, I do hope heads roll.

The grammar police realize that it's a valid word made up of English morphemes put together according to the rules of English morphology.

Example: You will be going on a vacation in January next year. When, someone asks you where we could go for the vacation. You could say, "we are going to London. It’s pre-planned already." That means, the destination could not be changed as it was planned well before the time of vacation.

We are going to London. It's already planned.

We're now going to Paris. Our plans changed.

It won't matter soon. The sky is falling and the world is coming to an end. But, dammit, it's ending with good grammar and spelling.

My primary concern will be the fascist saying “this ain’t going to hurt”. NOT.

Sec. 1983. This officer is totally corrupted and should be fired, and the department itself severely financially punished.
