Jeffrey Whitman, in his own company vehicle, chased a Black man all the way to his home to repeatedly call him a nigger.

I feel bad that we liberals have been neglecting his concerns...
loved the Democratic Party and there was no racism.
You see, Bill and the eeeevil DLC Dems came along in the 90's and the white working class fled in fear to the GOP... yep that's 'xactly how it happened, had nothing to do with LBJ signing the Civil Rights Act in the 60's...had nothing to do with the white working class going far right and into the arms of Nixon and Reagan in the 70's ad 80's to prevent 'darkies' and 'welfare queens' from getting anything ... had nothing to do with Bill trying to save the Dem party from irrelevance in an era where voters greatly preferred economic trade, growth, consumerism, the tech revolution - no couldn't have anything to do with that.
We therefore must reject our divisive identity politics and join hands with this salt of the earth white working class hero. We need to realize that Goldman Sachs is the one making this hero feel badly about PoC. Whitman refused to go on camera but said in a phone call with ABC 6 that he “lost his head” and regretted what he’d done.
That was after he told WCMH he did not regret using the slur and would not apologize.
When approached by local news station NBC4, Whitman said he had not followed Lovett home.
When asked if he regretted calling Lovett a n****r, Whitman said no.
“I don’t know if it makes it right or wrong, all I can say is I grew up with it and it’s not a big deal for me.”
So, at first it "wasn't a big deal to him" and he was unapologetic about using that vile word.. Hmmmmm, I wonder what happened in the ensuing 24 hours to make do such a drastic 180? I'll just bet he saw his business imploding right before his eyes and decided to try to do something--anything--to salvage it it. Sorry, shithead. too little, too late.

of the "party of personal responsibility" finally getting some payback and having some responsibility for the poison they have foisted on this country. This is only the very surface of these ignorant bastards.
Hopefully some of the racist will be cleaned out of congress this fall. And hopefully this will continue to snowball until these people realize they have a choice between making a living or shouting their racist bile.
And no, it isn't an infringement of their freedom of speech. They can still keep their crap up. Maybe they will finally understand that treating other humans like scum has consequences because- guess what - those people have rights also.
