A Judge just approved for the emoluments case against Trump to move forward. Imagine if Trump loses this case (which is likely)... what will happen with his businesses? Why they will be managed by a third party of course. Now imagine this independent party comes in and starts taking a look at the books? All kinds of goodies await that person. This is Trumps biggest fear. Even if he is somehow able to pardon himself or those involved of any crimes or illegal activity that are uncovered as a result, it will certainly deal a massive financial blow to him and to his ability to conduct such affairs moving forward.

(21,988 posts)Remember that Trump presents himself as a "really rich person." He says he makes the best deals. He said we'll get tired of winning so much.
Many of his idiot hordes will stick with him over the cliff but I believe enough people will have the wool lifted from their eyes and see what that Trump is really a phony.

(9,696 posts)I think who ever he turns it over to has to run it blind from him. Unless trumpft can make the case that he will never speak to his sons about the business, it's unlikely that would be approved.
He would just have to do what ivanka did and close the business, ie destroy the evidence.
