On MSNBC (Ari Melber's show) Madison Gesiotto, a spangle-clad former beauty pageant contestant who graduated from college four years ago and law school last year, found herself completely outmatched by the likes of Howell Raines when she tried to explain why Cohen was so very, very bad for releasing one of the Trump tapes.

(29,189 posts)Whereas Malcolm Nance believes that the tape recorder was brought out and placed on the table between Cohen and Trump and was most likely clearly visible to Trump... based on his years of listening to such recordings.
Just because Trump NOW says that he wasn't aware of being recorded.. doesn't mean that he wasn't aware at the time.
And since the recording took place in NY, it was completely legal if it HAD been kept secret from Trump.
As for Attorney / Client privilege... that is out the window anyway as others can be heard coming in and out of the room where the meeting took place

(82,849 posts)As long as she can warm a seat and doesn't mind looking completely out of her depth, she'll have a steady job and lots of income to go on the teevee shows and parrot whatever the line du jour her bankrollers want her to say. She might get better with experience, but that's optional as long as her looks hold up.
