Imv, the Fraud is screwing up the economy with his tariffs thanks to his Russian overlord, putin.. and now he's worried about losing voters from those farmers he's Screwing over.. so he gives them money he's stealing from SS or borrowing from China.

when they raise my costs for pre - existing condition again?

The tRump admin and GOP goal is to bankrupt then kill the seniors, the poor, the sick, etc. Oh JOY! I guess I deserve to die since I do not factor into their grand scheme. Oh well. In lieu of flowers send donations to the Dem of your choice.
