3. I can't find a way to get any info from there.

It'll show me a map but it won't show me any election results. What do you have to do?

5. When your cursor scrolls over the map, you should get a data box of whichever precinct you're above

7. This is a very interesting and potentially useful compilation of data.

My county's website has something like this, giving precinct-level data - it is much less user-friendly. I would think that various groups could use this data to know specifically where to target door-to-door efforts.
