That's the upper right symbol in the last cartoon. Back before child-safety lids were common on household cleaners, they would supply parents with these stickers and teach us very specifically in school that it meant what was in the bottle was "yuk!" and never to taste it.

I wonder if they could do a similar PSA on TV and print child-identifiable warning symbols on problematic items such as Tide Pods.
