a bribe to keep the farmers happy and quiet. Trump is "not" helping the steel, auto & other products with a bailout after he ignorantly started the trade war. I grew up in a small Iowa farming community and talked with a friend who farms 60 acres with corn, wheat and beans. He says the bailout will only be helpful to the corporate farms and "not" the small farmers. He is "not" a happy farmer(no pun intended) & he voted for Trump and knows he made a huge mistake.
