Bush didn't resign over war crimes. Trump isn't going to do so over this w/ a weak house willing to discredit the entire DoJ/FBI to protect him. Resigning also opens him up to a lot of legal scrutiny over financial dealings w/ little argument that he should be immune to them while president.


And barring some major turn in his numbers, I don't see Pence and his cabinet making a play.
