it may not matter to them what happens in 2018. In fact, a "blue wave" would probably be disruptive enough to suit Putin very well. It would trigger even more disruption for the 2020 election.
Perhaps Putin is sitting back, rubbing his hands together and saying, "Все работает так хорошо. (It's all working so well.)"
Something to think about.

(58,605 posts)You know the deplorables will not accept a blue wave. Hopefully there won't be a lot of violence, but it wouldn't surprise me. They've been told for years that us evil liberals have been stacking the deck against them, so a Dem win will be unacceptable to them.
