Is it per chance regarding his recent revelation that Trumpass knew about the Russian Trump Evil Tower
prior to it taking place??

If so, that is not protected because it was a discussion about committing a crime.

so that tape about setting up the shell company to use to buy rights to Karen's story to keep her quiet before election is legally problematic for Trump and not shielded by attorney client privilege.
