He's just an old worn-out has-been. Mrs. Betty Bowers is correct, he has entered a contest in which he can't score. He is totally trying to play defense by playing an offense that he invents at will. No basis in law for this strategy. Only innocence can trump the game, and he's not much of that left if he ever had any.
