I'd like to see the loading process. What kind of crane can lift that kind of weight? Maybe several cranes working in unison?

"3 pontoons and 18 river barges." This video doesn't show the initial stacking, just the stack being loaded on Blue Marlin. Which is semi-submersible, so no crane required for that step:
