(4,066 posts)Nunes is an idiot. Twitter is a private company. It has no duty whatsoever to publish his tweets or make them public. It has no duty to give him equal access to their medium or access at all.
Also, I bet the terms of service/user agreement to which he agreed when he signed up gives Twitter the right to do just about anything they want with his account and tweets. I'm kind of hoping it includes a binding arbitration clause right about now too.
You have no recourse. If you pass some law to try to force them to show your tweets in the future that will be struck down as a violation of the 1st Amendment.
