I think a much more fitting punishment would be to give Giuliani his own TV show called "The Rudy Giuliani Legal Hour", but not tell him that it's actually just a comedy spoof with actors calling in for "legal advice", and watch him give the world's worst legal advice ever.
And then we can all just laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh....
