Thom also said that Tony Swartz said that Twitler will declare martial law if the Democrats take one of the houses in November.

And that Mueller can not do anymore indicts 90 days prior to the election.

Listening to rational Thom made me scared shitless.

23. There is no rule or understanding prohibiting indictments within 90 day before an election

especially since any likely co-conspirators around Trump and his campaign staffers are not personally running for election this year.

Most DOJ experts have opined that Mueller probably will not make any indictments after September just to insure his probe is not considered political but I doubt he is going to hold off on indictments if they are ready to indict in August or September, especially since this case involves election related crimes that are especially relevant for accountability before the next big election.

Usually, it's when he has on Mark Pocan or that other Democratic Congressman, whose name slips my mind. Once they're done, the radio/stream usually goes off. The Bernie-humping annoyed me, as well, as does his insistence on bringing in wingnuts as guests. He claims it's "to show us how to argue with RWNJs." But, all he's really doing is giving them another platform where they can spew their garbage. He also fear-mongers far too much for my taste, and yeah, he's full of himself.
