So 11 days before the 2016 general election, against the orders of the AG, Comey sent an email to

the republicans in Congress, which was not only contrary to protocol, but quite probably a violation of the Hatch Act.

We now have the midterm elections coming up, and because the precedent was NOT followed in the 2016 election, will Muller hold off his report before the midterms, or will he release the report regardless how close the election is?

Any reports or indictments will come out in August or wait until after the election. Just a guess, but I think we will see at least one campaign-related indictment in August.
