Feinstein: National Archives dragging its heels in release of Kavanaugh's records

Hat tip, commenter "Sam_Handwich" at Joe.My.God: Kavanaugh Ruled For Trump In 2012 Casino Union Case

The Presidential Records Act makes clear that White House records, including Brett Kavanaugh's, belong to the American people. Now, the National Archives is refusing to provide those records to Democrats so we can vet his nomination. This has NEVER happened. #ReleaseTheRecords

I’m demanding the National Archives take immediate action to produce Brett Kavanaugh’s record. Denying the Senate access to records to vet his nomination is unprecedented and unconscionable.
