Matt Schlaap was speaking with Alyson Camerota saying that Cohen really wasn't tRUMP's lawyer. He basically said all he was, was his fixer. So, by saying that, did we even need a Special Master?? By, Schlaap saying that, doesn't that mean that nothing seized was attorney-client privileged information??!l And, by Shlaap saying that, that means that tRUMP's tweet saying "attorney-client privilege is dead" has no meaning anymore! And by Schlaap saying that, tRUMP and Guiliani can no longer complain that Cohen secretly taped his client, because according to Schlaap, tRUMP was not a client because Cohen was never his attorney!

These clowns shift their rationales faster than you can count. If it serves the purpose of the moment, they'll say anything. Obviously, to claim that Cohen was never really Trump's lawyer forecloses a whole bunch of arguments about what Trump said, to whom, and when. Schlaap needs to pretend for the moment that Cohen wasn't Trump's lawyer, so this asinine argument comes spilling out without thinking through the implications.
