This is going to leave a mark with the base.
This Trump comment is only 2 Words away from "Guns being sold to the public ... doesn't seem to make much sense!"
Trump is showing his true colors...uptown metro-sexual and gun stupid.
Seriously Mr Trump - you had to ask the NRA about this? - if you are a 2nd Amendment type - this is a no brainer.
The base will tell you - the proper reply is - "what part of 'shall not be infringed' do you not understand?"
I've said since the beginning that Trump would do gun control...eventually.

(4,483 posts)1. It will be interesting to see how far and how deep NRA defense of the
Second Amendment goes when these do-it-yourself guns become an economic threat to gun manufacturers. I suspect the NRA is going to decide that the "right to bear arms" applies only to the store-boughten variety. I won't be surprised to find these guns controlled or even banned with nary a squeak from the NRA.

If the NRA thinks they can get by without a squeak - they are mistaken.
They will be revealed as beholden to the Gun Lobby and not the base.

Don the Con's administration settled the law suit and lifted the ban on these lethal weapons.
Now he's checking with the NRA.
Fuck this lunatic.
