(14,565 posts)The Georgia polling model is flawed and almost always overstates the Democrat. That has been the case in the 26 years I have wagered on politics. A poll number like the one quoted in this thread almost certainly equates to a defeat, but if Abrams somehow got above 50% and with a 5-6 point margin, then I'd pay attention.

(5,754 posts)I think he may be on tape somewhere saying something fatal to his campaign. If not, he will probably do it during the campaign, only maybe it won't be the "n" word, but something about immigrants instead.

I think his finances are a mess.
And he oversaw the (likely illegal) elimination of almost 600,000 voters from the rolls 2-3 years ago as SoS. I think there is a FOIA request for the list and explanations of why people's names were dropped. Those names were primarily of Asians, Hispanics, Blacks, and anyone they could identify as a minority.
