Tad Devine is currently describing the organization of Manafort's foreign political consulting operation, and how it included Manafort, Rick Gates and Konstantin Kilimnik. Prosecutors are questioning him, and the defense attorneys will have a chance to cross-examine him later.

the Democrat in 2016. That makes it nothing like other campaigns. Manafort is now on trial. Nothing like previous campaigns.

If he was guilty of a crime himself or was granted immunity to testify then it will come out on cross examination. If not, then I guess we can put the Devine conspiracies to bed.

Manafort trial done for the day.
Prosecutors questioned Tad Devine for an hour. He testified that Manafort had a "very close relationship" with Yanukovych, telling jurors that Manafort "dealt with him directly." Manafort's lawyers quizzed Devine about the role of Rick Gates.
