12. To anyone familiar with Russian grammar

It seems very much like those shirts were created by Russians.

In Russian, there are no articles. They have a hard time with deciding where to place "the" and "a/an" because they don't exist in Russian. In English, the shirt's slogan would have read, "I'd rather be Russian than a Democrat." Instead, they got it the wrong way around: "I'd rather be a Russian than Democrat."

Oops. Or, should I write Уупс?

Not that any Trumpanzee completed any school grade high enough to recognize the difference, of course.....
