contributed towards something like 40% of the vote. Not sure if they meant the entire county or just the portion in OH-12 but I think it may have been that OH-12 portion. That would then be offset by all the other pieces of counties in the district that are predominately GOP.

some right-leaning suburbs, but a diverse and liberal city center. Plus OSU.
