1. I'm not from Kentucky,

but there have been articles in the Louisville and Lexington newspapers. Oddly enough, Kentucky Today, which is a Kentucky Baptist Website doesn't have a story posted.

6. KY Sec. of State Alison Lundergan Grimes roasted him over it, saying he was in Moscow looking for

a campaign manager. She also said that people always say nobody can beat Rand Paul "but they're wrong...just ask his neighbor!" Now all the right-wingers are in a state of faux outrage that she was making fun of his being assaulted. She said this and much more at Fancy Farm Picnic, the annual KY political-palooza, and the pre-picnic breakfast. She had some equally sharp barbs for McConnell, Bashear, and the GOP in general.
