Charles Blow let go a hard slam on Republicans who bear much responsibility for their years of building up to this Trump disaster. Steve Schmidt was sitting about 3 feet away from him; I suspected the rant was aimed at him without naming names.

5. These people get shit from Trump goons non-stop. I consider some of the good work they

are doing now to be penance. I just saw Steve Schmidt for the first time in a while, the gloves are totally off in a big way.

They are still conservatives but they have stepped up and put country before party. I don’t agree with them on policy. I do applaud them for speaking up and doing what they can to expose Trump and his dangerous syncophants in the GOP.
