So, that's just about everybody. Top ten or so: China, Iraq, UAE, Rep. Korea, India, Afghanistan, Turkey, Singapore, Germany, Indonesia, Japan.
Usually when someone comes up with that "cut them all off" tactic, it just means they don't know shit about how the world works.

(6,556 posts)He doesn't get that the average person does not deal with bullying without implementing extreme oppositional defiance. Bullies do not win if people stand up to them and stay true to their values. At 72, tRump will not live long enough to learn everything he does not know. Sad for the US and our reputations on the world stage. We may never be able to overcome the damage this jerk is doing to our nation.

"In particular, Russian exports to Iran jumped by 91.5 percent and amounted to $697 million. Russian imports from Iran increased by 16 percent to $158 million. The boost in trade was achieved by supplies of machinery, ground vehicles and weapons," the ambassador said.

(9,988 posts)Its a few U.S. businesses, like Boeing which has already lost a big plane order from Iran, that will lose. Russia has violated sanctions on North Korea and continued trading, as has China. And China has just invested millions in their high speed rail to Iran to help open trade to that country and on to countries on the Mediterrean, so theyre unlikely to conform. Plus they know that this president will be gone in two years or less. And if Democrats win the House and the Mueller investigation concludes, Trump will be too busy trying to save himself to worry about what business is going on with Iran.
I do not want to see this happen, but Republicans need to be reminded that if the Russians can hack the elections to get Trump in the White House, other countries that are fed up with him can also hack the elections to get a Democrat who would reatore world order in the White House.

(8,998 posts)China has outspent the U.S. in 5G
Aug. 7, 2018 4:30 AM ET|By: Yoel Minkoff, SA News Editor
Since 2015, China has outspent the U.S. by $24B in 5G infrastructure, potentially creating a "tsunami" that will be difficult to catch up with, according to a new study by Deloitte.
China has built 350,000 new cell sites, while the U.S. has built fewer than 30,000 in the same time-frame.
5G would support connected infrastructure in cities, including driverless cars, and make it possible for people to stream high bandwidth video.
