If we want to control illegal immigration all we have to do is punish the hell out of anyone who hires them, but the repugnant goons will never support this.

2. I've been screaming this for years.

They could even make it a sliding scale penalty based on the number of workers hired. Say Biff and Skipper hire an undocumented nanny to look after Bunnikins. They get two weeks of community service. But the factory farm that hires 50? Three to five years in real jail for the owner.

This would solve the problem overnight.
