Assuming, as I do, that Democrats win the House in November, what

can they do to reverse some of Trump's actions?
Can they act to reverse the tax cuts for the rich?
Can they reverse some of the environmental acts of Trump?
What should be their approach and what should come first and second?
Having Schiff as the head of the Intel Committee will give him subpoena power,
and that is big. What will be some of the things that can be fixed?
Obviously, having the majority will prevent shit being shoved through,
but what about past actions?

or enough of both houses to override a veto. except in rare cases of actual compromise.

what we can do is
a) stop their legislative agenda, not that they've had much other than the tax cuts; and
b) start legitimate investigations.

But it can slow down the rest of his agenda and conduct vigorous oversight.

i'd say slow the bleeding rather than stop it.

slowing judicial appointments requires us to win the senate, the house doesn't have anything to do with that.

securing voting places, a lot of that is at the state level. a federal law may help, not that donnie would sign it....

They could cut funding for ICE and stupid wall but not much to be done about tax cuts and Executive Actions. We'd need the Senate and with WH veto power 2/3 of both Houses to override.

things from being passed. They can force a government shutdown and can use that as a bargaining chip
to some extent. What can they get in exchange for giving Republicans some of what they want and/or
not stopping some bills from being passed.
