Nunes suggests possible legal action against Twitter for 'censoring' conservatives

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) suggested on Sunday that Twitter had censored conservative users and said that he and other lawmakers were considering possible legal action against the social media giant.

"We were getting caught up in some type of trap to where people couldn't see our Twitter feed," Nunes, the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, said on Fox Business Network's "Sunday Morning Futures."

Nunes's comments came after a Vice News report detailed how Twitter's efforts to crack down on abusive accounts led to some "prominent Republicans" becoming less visible on the platform. Twitter has since fixed the issue, according to the report.

Nunes said on Sunday that the affected accounts included his own, as well as those of Freedom Caucus members Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.), Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) and Jim Jordan (R-Ohio).

I am to the point where I am convinced this is all a big joke. This has to be a joke. Somebody got me good.

Now I can stop worrying and laugh at it all.

And I will say it again:

Twitter and Facebook could end 90% of the nonsense from the right if they would just simply institute a new policy that elected officials can not have feeds or pages. Look what has already happened - these idiots and others are pretending they have a legal right to be heard and seen on Twitter and that they get to decide what is "fair" or not. Elected officials already have an avenue or forum to address their constituents, thus they need not these platforms. Shut them down.

Fixes almost everything and ends the Trump nonsense overnight.

Like putting a moron in a round room and telling him to piss in the corner.

Let him busy himself with his little projects. It keeps him from throwing sand in the machine.

No, its simply their ongoing schtick about portraying "conservatives" as victims of all the seen and unseen forces out there trying to steal their country. Nothing more, nothing less.
