I'm sure I could think of a CAPTION which would make the swill which came from her mouth (link to Media Matters clip below) and still satirize her ideas by extending them, but only so far (they would be too juvenile in the pejorative sense that the absurdity crudely exceeds the situation to satisfy the basest of tastes), but actual statements like hers exceed the need for satire to point out their existence, contrasting them to what we presume ours to be, but I know the CAPTIONs I could come up with would be tepid or useless.
Maybe you can come up with one?
