A bit of a catch but it really is solid insight for their constituents.

However, there are various interests, all over the political spectrum, that consider 'fair', not to be an overriding interest.

He is worthless, has no personality, can't give a speech to save himself, much less the party; he can't keep his caucus together, but we want to get rid of the effective woman. Tell me that isn't misogyny. Then tell me what you think it is. Thanks

You answered your own question.

Additionally, an overwhelming majority of the races have nothing to do with the Senate.

However, this has been going on for a couple of years. The Russian/GOP knocked Hillary out and now they are gunning for Nancy. Instead of protecting one of the strongest House leaders we've had in decades; rank and file democrats, leaders and candidates and weasels gunning for her job bash her at every turn.

I hope that democrats on DU will have learned from the debacle of 2016, not to allow the Russians to brainwash them. But sheeple will be sheeple so, I don't know. I'm beginning to lose hope for the human race. Instead of looking at what's important, the game of petty politics consumes the majority of news and posts and everywhere you can think.

We passed Earth Resources Day on August 1st this year. It's one day earlier than last year. This day marks the day of the year that we have used our allotment of earth resources for the YEAR. We finished our sustainable use after only 7 months and we are going into debt with Nature and that never bodes well as Nature always bats last.

okay end rant.

An overwhelming majority of the races are for the house.

"The Russian/GOP knocked Hillary out and now they are gunning for Nancy."

They have been gunning for Pelosi for a long time. This isn't as new as you think.

It worked with Clinton, and now they're trying it with Pelosi. It resonates with a certain portion of their base among both men and women.

Candidates should be in tune enough to expect it by now and adroit enough to say something like: "Once the campaign is over we'll figure out the best thing to do."

Or something else non-divisive.

Our candidates aren't accountable to reporters or what repugs think about Pelosi.

It should be an in-house matter.

answer how they do.

I posted this the other day on DU.

Candidates should answer by saying "I look forward to seeing who in the party will be entering the race for leadership. Without that knowledge, I cannot tell you what I will be doing at that time."

Still, I could care less if O'Connor says he won't be supporting her. That position is representative of who we were hoping his constituency would be.

I will also support who our elected representatives choose to be their leaders.

Popularity parades and snide asides at this time are not helpful.

Democrats need to unite, this is the kind of stuff that hurts democrats all the time. We make fun of the republicans saying they are like lemmings, and yes they are , but they deliver a consistent message, a unified message, and at this time that is the most important thing, the goal is to get rid of republicans, make trump a lame duck and restrict his shenanigans, to reverse all the evl things they have passed, give Putin a kick on the balls and bring the country back on its feet.

Make sure our allies understand that the nightmare is gone, and restore balance in the World, as balanced as it was before, at least.

The discussions about Shummer, Pelosi, etc. have no place anywhere until after November, the priority is clear.
