Bet the Russians have penetrated other state election systems too. Bet that US intelligence has no idea what is going on.

I sure hope Sen Nelson has some proof that he can make public and that his info isn't classified so that he cannot release it or he will look like a nut to the public.

7. The most recent Mueller indictments and Marco Rubio back him up.

Rick Scott is trying to paint Nelson as a nut and some gullible people will no doubt fall for it, but there can be little doubt that Russia has hacked into the Florida elections system. Beyond placing malware, I'm not sure we know yet exactly what Russia has done or may do, but this should concern everyone.

I hope not. If Rubio does an about face Nelson will need something to back up what he says other than "there can be little doubt".

9. Well, again, there's also the indictments of 12 Russians last month.

In which it's made clear that Russians infiltrated county election systems in Florida.

Both Nelson and Rubio spoke with Florida election officials about this matter (at the request of both the intelligence committee chairman and vice chairman). And Rubio is on record making statements about this very issue, such as this one: "What the president said today is not accurate," Rubio said. "The intelligence community has assembled probably an unparalleled amount of evidence."
