what he did was stone cold... dragging the guy off of the train because he dildn't want to be delayed getting home. letting the ill man's pants fall so everyone could see his privates. tossing his bags off.

(32,456 posts)Paramedics eventually arrived at the scene and transported the unconscious man to the hospital, where he received further treatment.
Long Beach Police Department identified and contacted the man after assisting medics, but they have yet to find out if his actions were criminal.
The Police Department received a copy of a video related to this incident yesterday afternoon, spokesperson Arantxa Chavarria said. Detectives from the Violent Crimes Detail are reviewing the video and will be working with the Los Angeles District Attorneys office to determine if any criminal negligence occurred.
