Wow, a psychologist. That's shocking and very disappointing.

The only thing she feels terrible about is getting caught. I sure hope her patients see this and demand to see a different person for their counseling.

There is a good chance her clinic could be a private one, with only 'selected" clients.

Then again, she lied about being with Immigration, so who knows how much else she lied about?
