I’m deeply disappointed that Republicans have decided to rush the Supreme Court confirmation hearings for Judge Kavanaugh without our having access to his full record. *Both parties* used to believe in fully vetting nominees for life-tenured positions on the Supreme Court

Is above the law. Why rush a confirmation though unless they are hiding some thing about him. The repukes did away with the 60 vote rule that is a normal confirmation process. Why are they doing this so quickly?

more than tsk-tsk and sigh deeply, we are going to have another fascist nominated by an illegitimate POTUS sitting on the SCOTUS for life, shielding him and screwing us.

"Something else" would seem to be in order, even if it is loud, messy, uncivil and thoroughly pisses off the PTB.

Comments like that of Sen. Coons do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to impede Kavanaugh's confirmation. If that's all we have, we should sit down, shut up and stop bothering those nice Republican folks with our whining.
