Video in the Fox News tweet below.
She seems completely unaware of, or perhaps happy with, the authoritarian implications of what she claims is Trump's "arbitrary" right to do this. (She's definitely not trying to apologize for it.)
"Arbitrary" used in this sense is synonymous with "autocratic" and "dictatorial." It refers to actions based on whim, not on law or even reason.
This is what Pirro now wants to defend.

(45,003 posts)or for political retaliation. Thats illegal. Besides it only deprives our country of a much needed intelligence expert. Trump seems to enjoy shooting himself in the foot. No one fears him... they only laugh and shake their heads in pity.

By your crony's logic Congress doesn't even have to act in good faith when they impeach and remove you (even though they could and should do so BECAUSE they are acting in good faith).

(14,155 posts).... security clearance. Pirro will fill in the open sewer trDump made and fill it in with some reasonable excuse - like that is Presidential prerogative to hand out and take back security clearances at his discretion alone.
Pirro hands the trDump base the excuse to use if anyone is critical of what trDump did and the manor in which it was done.
Security clearances are handed out totally at the discretion and prerogative of the president - end of story.
* Brennan's free speech rights.
* The loss of Brennan's experience and expertise to the government.
* The fact that trDump only seeks to silence a critic by punishing Brennan and yanking his clearance.
Those above issue are all now put to rest.
This is all part of the grand scheme for trDump - to discredit and marginalize any member of the justice department or Intel gathering agencies or FBI to drive another nail in the coffin of the Russian probe. And ultimately discredit the Mueller investigation circling around trDump hoping he can stumble on some way to end it or make it go away.
