If any of the people that have had it revoked are called to congress to testify they cant give classified information even to the Congress that can hear that level.

1. They can testify as to information they have already received under valid clearances.

They just can't get any new information.

That was how it was explained to me... I've never checked it out to find out if that is really true.

You can't even confirm whether or not you had a clearance.

If you are head of the FBI or CIA and you loose your clearance you cant just talk about classified things to the public nor to anyone.
