Additional consequences of revoked security clearances...

would prevent current intelligence staff from consulting with experienced people that have long histories of working in the government. It cuts off their dialog of consultation. I would assume that is the primary reason those out of office would maintain their clearances.

His treason continues right out in the open and congress does nothing.
