The President & Guilliani sure have lowered the bar on perjury

They act like if the POTUS testifies and his testimony doesnt line up perfectly w/ others' he will immediately be charged w/ perjury. I'm no legal expert, but I would imagine that prosecutors take into account all the evidence and then decide who's telling the truth, not just a he said he said. Obviously this is just another distraction tactic by the regime, but I cant believe this is working outside the walking dead base.

I believe you would be hard pressed to find an actual lawyer who practices law who would advise anyone differently. Prosecutors develop a theory of the case and then try and find evidence to support that theory. So before you talk to them they have already decided "who is telling the truth".
