(146,317 posts)They're excellent, and you can season them as you choose. I've made them with Indian seasonings, chipotle powder, and just plain salt. Crunchy goodness.

Caribbean Indian food - soak in hot water with salt, garlic, hot pepper, a lil curry powder, cumin and cilantro.
Deep fry - tastes like seasoned nuts. Delish.
