(13,081 posts)The jurys questions from last week indicated that they were confused as to which evidence matched which crime.
Id assume that, if that assumption was correct, it would make a re-trial easier. Fewer charges and less evidence theoretically indicates an clearer case for the jury. As it was, at least some of the jurors voted guilty. If I had to bet, Id say the holdouts were the same jurors confused by reasonable doubt.

(86,646 posts)of the charges would be ruled guilty but I think that the mistrials can be forwarded to another trial-? If not, they are still valid charges as mentioned else where but I think that they may show up in other trials in the future when the real nitty gritty (I'm thinking RICO here) comes down, they may become important again.
