I have that newspaper with that headline from 1973..or was it 4...saying "I am not a crook"...................It was said on November 17, 1973...

trump might quit before Labor Day, but likely because he is about to go down.

4. I agree, tony....this one is headed in the same way..I lived through that one..The facts..

are not the same, the lying is about different topics,
A....... but there is plenty of lying..that is the same..
B.......and Nixon believed that they would never get him...Trump believes the same..
C......Nixon's crowd went down.............................that is happening now......
D......the "free press is playing an important role in the show...that is the same..
E.......plenty of Nixon supporters...same with Trump..(supporters believed Nixon, same with Trump)
F.......The entire show took a long time...from beginning to end..same with Trump.
G.......Many of us..knew from the beginning Nixon was a lying asshole..(long history of lying,) as does Trump

3. Lots of jail time...and tRump is a bigger scandal. There are a lot of republicans involved.

H.R. Haldeman and John Erlichman (White House staff), resigned 30 April 1973, subsequently jailed
John Dean (White House legal counsel), sacked 30 April 1973, subsequently jailed
John Mitchell, Attorney-General and Chairman of the Committee to Re-elect the President (CREEP), jailed
Howard Hunt and G. Gordon Liddy (ex-White House staff), planned the Watergate break-in, both jailed
Charles Colson, special counsel to the President, jailed
James McCord (Security Director of CREEP), jailed

and we have just started the "Jail Part of the Show"...More will go, but how many is not known.
...it could be a whole lots more..let's hope we find out....stay tuned...will 20 be a good number?
