Omarosa is on MSNBC saying (paraphrasing) "We all knew about Cohen's hush money payments"

but Cohen's hush money payments are what he's pleading guilty about... You know, those 8 charges, those felonies?

So how is this not misprision of felony by herself and everyone else she means by "we"?
