(32,609 posts)get a breakdown of what evidence pointed to which count. The judge would not allow that in by the prosecution. Seems like a really really strong case for misconduct by the aged-out nutty Judge.

(11,949 posts)He knew there were going to be convictions. He knows there will be appeals. He knows the political ramifications.
He was making damn sure it was appeal proof. No judge wants appeals accepted in the case of convicted felons based on the way he or she ran the case.
In retrospect, he seems to have done well.
We heard it from the start. A judge hard on the prosecution favors the prosecution.
