Is it time the supreme court answers this question?

Can a president be indicted? Over the past 45 years we had Nixon commit crimes, Bush committed war crimes and now we have Trump who has committed so many crimes I lost count. I don't know if this is the answer but we can cannot continue on this path.

Of course, the Court only hears a case if there is one. Robert Mueller would first have to either indict or subpoena Trump. Then Trump would have to challenge that.

Mr. Mueller appears to be much more strategic and I don't think he'll push that edge of the envelope.
